Sunday service

9:00 AM - Equipping Hour
An Equipping Hour Adult Sunday School Class is available to all who would like to come and join an interactive study of God's Word prior to the Sunday Worship Service. This is meant to be an informal time of bible study where questions and discussions are encouraged.

In addition to an Adult Sunday School, there is also a prayer meeting that takes place weekly at 9:00 AM in preparation for the Worship Service. All are welcome to join!
10:30 AM - Worship Service
The service is held in the Worship Center. Families gather to worship through singing and looking to God's Word. At the start of the Sermon, children aged 4 through third grade, are dismissed for their own teaching time, nursery is available for the extent of the service. Adults will hear an expository message designed to explain God's Word and to make a pointed connection to life. Before the worship service, our greeters will meet you at the doors and answer any questions you have.
What to expect
When visiting Newland you can expect several things:
A Serious and Sincere Worship: Our worship services include Christ-centered worship from both past and present and the careful preaching of God's Word. Our aim is to honor him in all orders of our service. Our services last just over an hour.

A Friendly Church: You'll have the opportunity to interact with gracious and friendly Christians who love one another and look forward to the opportunity to meet and get to know you.

A Relaxed Environment: We'd love to have you join us as you are. Some folks dress up for church, and others wear relaxed and casual attire. Come as you are, and you'll fit right in.

Intentional Children's Ministry in a Safe Environment: All of our children's ministry volunteers are trained and background checked to ensure that your Children are receiving the be best and safest instruction possible. All children are welcome to join their parents in the Sunday Worship Service if you prefer for your kids to stay with you.
